Happy Halloween!

After Olivia, her friend Lidia and Joseph went trunk-or-treating, they stopped over Joe's spooky condo to enjoy some appetizers and the smokey cauldron. In fact, they LOVED that aspect of the party and Joseph helped to make sure I included all menu options.

Liva dressed as a ladybug and Joseph was a rockstar complete with spiked hair, guitar and all!

Every year, I try to come up with a costume that is both different than the past year and somewhat unique. It also needs to be something not too much for Joe to handle. This year, we picked Red Riding Hood and the Wolf.

A neat fact: Trick or treating and costumes became popular in the U.S. in the 1930s.

Eva and I enjoyed a festive pumpkin martini Maia made - yummy! And my eyeball stirrers were a nice touch even if they were candy...oops!

Lori sprayed her 'raid-ness' at Bay, the bug and Frank and Laura.
